Padaminas has a new addition, professional baker Tiago Pereira Amorin, to enrich their menu with a variety of cakes that will suit your cravings, whether for a moist chocolate ganache, a pistachio mousse, or strawberry layered cake, and more.

“I love what I do, especially the cakes. The secret is love and care, and good ingredients,” said Tiago, a native of Ipatinga, Minas Gerais, Brazil.

The hot pick that Tiago cannot keep up with is mini “sonhos,” which translates into mini “dream” puffs in English. They are light and airy cream puffs, filled with fresh vanilla pudding cream and sprinkled with Ninho instant dry whole milk. It is a must try! 

Brazilian sweets and desserts are known for their delicious flavors and unique ingredients.
