A civic event to honor Brazil's Independence Day, with the presence of local and state authorities, hosted by the Bacelar-Palmares Family & Tribuna Newspaper, and followed by a celebration hosted by CT LEAD.
This is a FREE event open to the public. Registration is ONLY required for the celebration after the flag-raising at CT LEAD.
