Thank you for publishing my letter! The people of Connecticut were so generous in sending me so much information about and artifacts from Connecticut.

I am writing to ask you to please publish the thank you letter below in your Letters to the Editor section of your newspaper. I want to show my appreciation and gratitude to the people of Connecticut

Dear People of the Great State of Connecticut,

Thank you so much for responding to my letter to the people of Connecticut. I appreciate you sending me a blanket, Pez, Garnet, ornaments, and books. My favorite items were the books because they had lots of information about places, people, and things about Connecticut. The most unique fact I learned about Connecticut was that the state has the world’s largest Pez dispenser.

On May 21, our entire grade displayed our floats at the State Fair. I’ve included a picture of my float. I hope I have made you proud!

I really appreciate that you took the time to send me items and information about Connecticut.
