“We want to inform everyone that Padaminas NY Bakery II at Main is now in full operation, completely renovated, and ready to welcome our customers who love the delicious pastries, bread, and food, among other items, that we make daily,” said Pedro Coelho, business owner. 

Padaminas Bakery has been serving Greater Danbury and neighboring communities for over a decade from its convenient location at 58 Main Street, Danbury, which features plenty of parking. 

“We open Monday through Saturday from 5 am – 7 pm, and from 6 am – 4 pm on Sundays,” explained Haldrey Teixeira, business manager. “Customers can stop by Padaminas NY II for breakfast, lunch, or dinner; we are back and excited to serve them.”  

In addition to an assortment of freshly baked bread and pastries, Padaminas also offers sandwiches, freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, and a family buffet-style section, with a variety of hot and cold authentic Brazilian dishes by the pound, accompanied by barbecue, cooked and carved to order right from the barbecue pit. Food platters and Brazilian appetizers for everyday and special occasions are available to order.

“First time here and everything I tried was delicious. Had a sandwich with cheese, steak, tomatoes, and onions. The Brazilian cheese bread, a chicken croquette, fries, and a guava smoothie. Consistently yummy across the board. Will be back. They open early and a perfect Sunday breakfast to go!” said Kate M. of Wilton, CT.
