Are you craving the world-famous buttermilk pancakes and crepes? Suffer no longer. The new International House of Pancakes, a.k.a. IHOP, will open for Greater Danbury breakfast fans in September 2022. 

IHOP Danbury is the second franchise owned by Kbailey, LLC Restaurant’s, which opened its first IHOP restaurant in Springfield, Massachusetts, in 2018.  

Syed A.Raza, Danbury IHOP Director of Operations, emphasizes how Danbury has a great diversity of branded food franchises but is still missing a branded breakfast location. 

“We have state-of-the-art technology and a diverse food menuin a fast-casual restaurant. Customers should receive fast and accurate service at a reasonable price, served by friendly staff in a clean environment,” he explained. 

According to IHOP’s mission statement on their website, “For 61 years, the IHOP family restaurant chain has served our world-famous pancakes and a wide variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner items that are loved by people of all ages — offering an affordable, everyday dining experience with warm and friendly service.” 

Minion lovers can choose from various choices, including the Ba-Ba Banana Pudding Pancake combo, Gru’s Evil Steakburger, or Cinna-Minions Family Feast. Also, you can enjoy hand-made Belgian waffles, French Toast, Burgers, and chicken sandwiches, and a taste of Mexico with burritos and bowls. Gluten-free customers have a whole menu of the originals just for them.  

“While many of its locations are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the chain's minimum operating hours are 7:00a.m. to midnight”, said Raza. 

IHOP will also cater to large community gatherings such as birthdays and other special occasions. “We always look for many ways to meet our customer’s needs,” concluded Raza.
