Action Early Learning Center Celebrates Graduation Class of 2022

June 24 was a day packed with excitement and pride as pre-schoolers from The Community Action Agency of Western Connecticut (CAAWC) Action Early Learning Center marched down the hallways of the Broadview Middle School to receive their diplomas.

June 24 was a day packed with excitement and pride as pre-schoolers from The Community Action Agency of Western Connecticut (CAAWC) Action Early Learning Center marched down the hallways of the Broadview Middle School to receive their diplomas.  

The ceremony was joined by a special guest, Mayor Dean Esposito, local dignitaries, Action Early Learning Center faculty members, and proud parents.  

Opening remarks were delivered by Mini Santosh, Action Early Learning Center Childcare Director, and Michelle James, CAAWC’s Executive Director. 

The Center was awarded an official citation from the State of Connecticut General Assembly presented by State Representative Bob Godfrey, in recognition of its work for the children and families in the community during the pandemic.  

"The Connecticut General Assembly offers its sincerest congratulations toAction Early Learning Center, the amazing educators and staff who serve our community by teaching and loving our precious children. You gave selflessly, you went above and beyond, and you provided a safe and healthy environment through the most difficult times. Thank you for all you have done, and continue to do, for the ‘kiddos’! you are our heroes!"
